Keithley F. T. Lake, Director

A native of Anguilla, Mr. Lake attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he received his J.D. with Distinction. After graduation, he was admitted to the Missouri Bar and worked as a staff attorney for the Office of the Solicitor, United States Department of Labor in Kansas City. Following his employment with the U.S. government, he joined Allied Signal, Inc. in Kansas City as a staff attorney, where he eventually was named Counsel, Allied Signal, Inc., Kansas City Division.

Mr. Lake then attended Norman Manley Law School at the University of the West Indies. Upon receiving his Legal Education Certificate he returned to Anguilla where he founded the law firm Keithley F. T. Lake and Associates, Barristers and Solicitors-at-Law. This firm is engaged in the practice of law with special emphasis on international commercial matters.

William R. Duncombe, CLU, President

Mr. Duncombe has served in the insurance industry for over 23 years. Mr. Duncombe graduated from The American College in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania as a Chartered Life Underwriter in October 1997. He was President and CEO of Pinnacle Insurance Agency, Life Agency Manager of General Brokers and Agents and a representative of the Travelers Life Insurance Company.

Over the years, the industry has bestowed several honors on Mr. Duncombe including induction into the Travelers Insurance Company National Leaders Club, Travelers Insurance Order of the Tower for Superior Sales, Bahamas Association of Life and Health Insurance Inner Circle Award, and many others.

Gina E Bruney, Office Manager

Ms. Bruney is a customer-centered professional with a diverse background in administration, marketing, and public relations, acquired through customer service positions on her native island of Saint Maarten.

In particular, Ms. Bruney served three years as Head of Housing Services for the Saint Maarten Housing Development Foundation, a government-subsidized organization providing affordable rental homes and extending home repair loans and mortgages to qualifying citizens.

Most recently, under the employ of Resort of The World NV as Executive Assistant to the President and Managing Director of the Maho Group, Gina was Administrator of the Executive Office. Included in her varied duties of the past two years were negotiating the lease of commercial real estate and marketing ventures on behalf of the Maho Group.

Ms. Bruney earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources from St. Thomas University of Villanova, Miami, Florida.
